Ever tried managing a team of unhappy (rightly or wrongly..) employees to achieve a company goal? It is tough going.

Most organizations tend to point the finger at the staff. Labelling them “dragons” or some other derogatory term for people that do not toe the company line.

Personally, I think wanting these companies to take a different view of how to manage people is perhaps a bit unrealistic, they are usually generationally set in their ways.
