I have posted before about my wife and I recently purchasing our “dream home”. One of the reasons we bought the particular place that we did was because it was a bit of a “fixer up-er”. I am a personal finance person, by education and by passion. So, when we found a place that we knew we could work on ourselves and increase the value, we were pretty happy. Because, it is really only through property development or property investment that you come out in front with real estate. Aside from the idea of “forced” saving, a mortgage is not the best investment vehicle around. But, that is also a matter of opinion.

Anyway, after some failed attempts at remodeling various aspects of our little treasure, we decided if we wanted to do the job properly, and make the place look the best it possibly could, we needed to call in the professionals.

Now, as I am the one that works online, I was set the task of researching professional home renovation. Those that get regular updates via the feed (see the side menu). Will know that I have been set this task for a few different jobs lately. And I must confess that I faired no better when trying to track down a reputable home remodeling company.

It seems that finding good home remodeling leads via the search engines these days is getting tougher and tougher. Which is why when I found this great site I wanted to share it.
