My wife and I bought our house at the end of last year. I am pretty happy to be in our new house. And I am also happy because it is a “fix-er up-er”, so we will be able to develop the property and make over and above capital return, against the natural property increases in the area. Which is also growing at better than national rates.

Along this DIY dream journey that we have embarked on we have come across a few little bits and pieces that have been interesting and a little unique that I have blogged about.
