I stumbled a good loan site today called ttmoney. It is very simple in design. But, has some pretty good pages in there. The main reason for the post and the reason I stumbled it is because of the loan calculator. And because it is a UK targeted site.

Not very many sites specialize in the UK, and there are a lot of readers of this blog from the UK. Plus it is always interesting to get local knowledge of any lending market, because the international investor these days can take advantage of any financial product from any country.
