My absolute favorite place to holiday in the whole world is Hawaii. It is so beautiful. And it is beachy and there is something relaxing about being so close to the ocean. The island life is certainly for me.

And when I stay I always rent a house. Forget the expensive hotels. It is Hawaii home rentals action for me the whole way. I stay in self contained accommodation because that way I always save money (versus restaurant eating..) on food, and I get to have the complete run of the place, like it was my very own. Basically, I can become a local for the duration of my holiday.

Take it from me, you will not find a better spot that the Big Island.
